These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pl1947 ("pl1947", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pl1947.net. pl1947 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. No currency conversion fees are charged on PKR transactions. Players bear any fees imposed by their own bank or mobile wallet provider.

• pl1947 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (palpable error). Bets voided on this basis will be refunded to the player's wallet.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional rules regarding connection issues and bet acceptance timing. pl1947 is not responsible for bets that were not accepted due to connection failures on the player's side.
• pl1947 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings that can be paid out to a single player per event, per day, or per market as stated in the platform's specific sport rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pl1947. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — regardless of whether financial gain was achieved — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using the pl1947 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events available for betting on pl1947.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pl1947 platform strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
